AppointSpa does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.
It is your responsibility to evaluate AppointSpa, including its features, and limitations before selecting any Paid Plan. Please use the 30-day trial period to test our software to make sure it will fit in your business. AppointSpa will not issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions.
Client (AppointSpa customers) shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes AppointSpa (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s subscription and billing page. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities, if applicable, such as sales tax, or services tax.
AppointSpa’s customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Members cancel their subscription. The members may cancel their subscription by logging into their AppointSpa Account and going to the Subscription Tab, clicking “Cancel”, and then “Remove” to complete the cancellation process. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.
All AppoinSpa subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. After 30 days, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annually basic and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. AppointSpa does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account..
